Lp(a) cholesterol requires a clinic blood test. It cannot be done at home. If you can access Guildford, select 'SCVC, 5 Huxley Road', if not select SCVC with national phebotomy provider and we will arrange for you to have the blood test done within a 20 mile radius (or if not possible will refund). At present, the medical advice on Lp(a) result will be provided by experts based at SCVC in Surrey.
Please note: the medical opinion on your Lp(a) result will be more informative if Lp(a) is known alongside cholesterol blood test values - if you know your cholesterol levels, you can provide them on the Personal Health Profile form that we require, and if not, we recommend adding a cholesterol test to your basket too.
